I am currently working on a papercraft pattern of one of my favourite Pokémon, I've been working on it for several days already, but I think I'll need at least two more days to finish it, I'm editing flaps and arranging the parts neatly on the sheets. It's already tiring to make the pattern, it will be even more exhausting to make it in paper...
Ok, no more suspense, my Papercraft model is...
YVELTAL!
I got the 3D model from TheModerator (
themoderator.deviantart.com/ ), Arceus bless him :3
I have to warn you though, no matter how much you like Yveltal now, you are likely going to hate it while making this papercraft, this model is not fit to be made a papercraft, the smallest part are very very tiny and could only be glued with sharp tweezers, and it will still be tricky.
Oh, and the downside for most of you I suppose, Yveltal will be in T-pose, the basic pose, because I don't know how to pose 3D models yet. That didn't matter for me because I plan to transform that papercraft into a PLUSH pattern and I will use wires to pose my Yveltal...
... Ah, I forgot to mention, Yveltal will be a 1:5 model, I assumed its 'height' in the Pokédex was actually its wingspan so my model has a wingspan of a bit less than 3'10''... Already impressive, isn't it? x3
I'm going to sleep now, I hope you will be looking forward to see my papercraft model! x3
